this atmosphere 'cosy' that each time when we get back to Riad we had an impression that we went back out 'castle'. A breakfast in the terrace in November was a most luxury time for us.
Not so much flexibility for the supper, need to be reserved in advance is sometime difficult when we stay with children, however was not really crucial.

Very friendly, helpful and accurate staff. They made me feel at home and welcome. I've booked single room Taza, but got upgrated to double room Sefrou. There's variety in breakfast and if you want, you can have it on the roof. I would highly recommend this Riad.

The location within the Medina was lovely, the staff was very helpful (arranging for a wonderful cab-driver - Mohammed - from the airport and Medina guide named Scali). Our host Abdul and the staff were very warm and took good care of my husband and I and our two sons (ages 11 and 8 years).

All staff members, from the manager to the housekeepers, were extremely helpful and friendly. The food (breakfast, but we also had dinner) was absolutely delicious. The food needs to be ordered two hours in advance, but it is well worth the wait. Beautiful setting. Nicely decorated rooms.
We booked a pick-up at the airport but the driver never showed up. This was compensated by the manager with a free ride back to the airport after our stay.,

The rooms and the inside lounge are very stylish. The breakfast is excellent. Free Internet was available. The manager and the rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Beeing located in the old medina it is not easy to find. The taxi driver did not find the right location and had to walk for a while.
